The King's Fund

This charity works with individuals and organisations to shape health service policy, transform services and bring about behaviour change. Working with them to explore the power and role of online communities and enhance their internal skills base using interactive workshops.

Goldshield PLC

A global pharmaceutical and health supplements business, we developed their online engagement and customer profiling strategy using specifically designed health sites. We also helped rationalise, segment and enrich their email customer touch-point programme as part of the entire customer engagement strategy.

Brighton and Sussex Medical School

The Medical School offers degrees, research and post-graduate courses aimed at doctors and senior health professionals. We lecture in Communications as part of the Leadership Masters at the Post Graduate Institute, helping health professionals understand and use information in digital applications.

Terrapinn

Helping this global events organiser harness digital to streamline its corporate brand, while maximising effectiveness of each event's digital communications programme. We've worked on multiple projects including global template conceptions and designs for web and email, a new online registration process and networking feature, organisation-wide skills development and establishing wider content strategy and e-marketing strategies across the business.
